Mighty Tidy Car Wash

I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred today at your car wash while I was lawfully washing my vehicle. While using your facility, I paid for and used multiple services, including the vacuum, pressure washer, and the provided hand brush. After using your hand brush, I briefly used my own soap and my own hands to go back over the vehicle, with the intention of rinsing it again using your equipment. During this time, a gentleman approached me in a confrontational and aggressive manner. He claimed to be the owner but did not identify himself as such, nor did he provide any form of identification. He was wearing sunglasses, a hat, a toboggan-style beanie, and a vest. He accused me of not using your services and demanded that I stop washing my car. I calmly explained multiple times that I had already used your services and intended to continue doing so. Despite this, the gentleman became increasingly hostile and continued to approach me in a threatening manner. I asked him three to four separate times to please stop bothering me and to leave me alone. I was not disturbing anyone, and no other individuals on the property—including a groundskeeper and a vendor selling

Highly recommend. Great self-serve car wash and the price is right. Just make sure to bring quarters with you because the change machine sometimes doesn't work

2 stars for now because I drove 20 minutes there (40 round trip) to find this is the only self-serve I've been to that does NOT take credit cards, and it says credit cards under payment types... Thats a key piece of info that should be clearly stated, and updated here on Google Maps. And really, its unheard of in this day and age to not take cards. Looks like the only payment method is quarters only, so you better bring cash. Hopefully, their change machines are always up and running. I will be going back since it seems to be the only self-service near me (I'm temp visiting the area). Hopefully its as good as some say. I will definitely update after I get to wash my car there. However, because its 2025 and their machines are dinosaurs, the most I am willing to give is 4 stars (if it is great). TBC... UPDATE: I never did make it back here. I found The Wash Space, near Sam's. I was staying in Sandy Springs, so they're both not convenient, but at least I got gas at Sam's going there. If you want to use a credit card and also not looking for such a cramped space, try the Wash Space. It does get busy during peak times, but the lot is also bigger, not small and awkward like Mighty Tid

Okay, I usually don’t write many reviews, but I saw many unhappy and complaining reviews. Mighty Tidy Car Wash has been the best car wash I’ve ever been to. You won’t find a car wash with better prices. People leaving bad reviews to a good business? Complaining that it has long lines? If it’s a busy place, doesn’t that mean it’s doing well? Yes, just go at a decent time or during the week if you don’t have 15 minutes to wait. Anyway, there’s always a guy directing traffic. It’s always an easy and smooth experience every time. I love this place, I’m always here on weekends. Appreciate good business always

.75 for vacuum ..the machines were less powerful ..1.50 $ for carwash. The time given was less ...the place was not clean . But no complaints about the various washing and drying options.. . Overall it was good but can be improved
